If you don't, you're going to be undervalued, and as women we know its ingrained in us from an early age across most cultures to not advocate for ourselves, to be demure, to be grateful.

Alas, this just doesn't cut it in when it comes to negotiating and getting a fair compensation package, so our panel dig into their experiences and advice to attempt to move the dial a little closer to parity the men folk.
